STANDINGS CORRECTION: There was an
incorrect score for South Alabama vs. Louisiana entered
in the game results posted Monday night. The correction
affected the scores for 17 players. The picks and
standings have been corrected.

Item 1. This is the week
where players can pick any combination of five games in
the point spreads, from five college to five NFL and
anything in between. This is on for the rest of the
season…
Item 2. With some players
taking only NFL games, picks will now start getting
posted on Sunday instead of Saturday. If everyone in the
money submits on Saturday, we will post the picks
sooner. But look for them on Sunday after the first
round of games begins…
Item 3. It was another
below average week for perfect weeks with only $720
leaving the pot, meaning the projected first place prize
has bumped up to $3,972.05…
Item 4. While we’re
talking about perfect weeks, the chart that lists
everybody's streak without a
perfect week is now up. Bill Stewart
is still at the top of the list with 276 weeks. The next
closest streak is 99 weeks behind and it belongs to
Chris Bennett.…
Item 5. We have a new
Asshander of the Year. Hawaii was a 2.5-point favorite
over Utah St. and got blasted 55-10. That should hold
for the rest of the year…
Item 6. The Pigskin
Special is in the highly unusual position of being in
the black with a .503 winning percentage which is +30 in
points. Six of the 12 weeks have been winning weeks in
the Special…
Item 7. Unbeaten Indiana
makes its first-ever appearance in the Pigskin Special
against a familiar face. Ohio St. has been in the
Special 35 times and is 11-24 ATS in those games. That’s
the fourth-worst record among teams with at least 5
appearances…
