Registration

  1. The entry fee is $50 which covers the entire season.

  2. If you have an account in Pigskin Mania, go the Accounts Page and see if you have money on account. If you do, that amount up to the entry fee will automatically be deducted from your account after you register.

  3. If you do not have money on account or are new to our pools and don't have an account, follow the payment instructions below.

  4. To register, select your PM ID if you have one from a previous pool. You still have to enter your name in the form. This helps us to connect your registration to your account.

  5. If you are new to the Pigskin Mania pools, create a PM ID and also submit your name so we know who you are. The PM ID is how you will be identified in the standings for all PM pools.

  6. Fill in the rest of the form completely and submit.

  7. Sending in your payment does not complete your registration. You still must submit the registration form.

  8. The form will not accept apostrophes in any of the fields. If you have an apostrophe in your name or your PM ID, you will get an error message. If you have an apostrophe in your name, submit without the apostrophe and we will add it manually.

  9. Submit a phone number and e-mail address where you can be reached during the season. This is especially important in the event a question should arise about your pick during a given week and we need to contact you to clarify. Indicate if sending you a text message is a good way to reach you. The phone number is also needed when we make payouts through our bank bill pay.

  10. An entry is not official until the entry fee is received.

Registration Form

NOTE: The form will not accept an apostrophe (') in any of the fields. If you try to submit the form with an apostrophe, you will receive a "syntax error" and the registration will not go through. Just submit without the apostrophe. If you have one in your name, we will put it in manually when we record your registration. Thanks.

PM ID (Existing)

If you don't have an existing PM ID, create an ID that will be how your entry will appear in the standings. It can be your name or an alias. Make it something you will remember.

Payment Instructions. Please follow.

  • Check the Accounts page and see if you have anything on account. Check the page even if you think you have nothing on account because you may have winnings you don't know about, you may have overpaid some Paypal fees, or you may owe some fees.

  • If your name or PM ID does appear on the Accounts Page, any amount will automatically be deducted or added to what you owe for the upcoming season. If you have $50 or more on account, your registration is complete once you complete the form below and submit, so go to that step right now. We will adjust your account.

  • If you have an amount on the Accounts page less than the $50 entry fee, determine what you owe then use one of the following payment methods.

  • These are the methods of payment in order of preference: 1) PM Account 2) Venmo 3) Zelle 4) Paypal 5) Check 6) Cash.

  • VENMO. Venmo has no fee attached. Our Venmo account ID is Javier-Gonzales-5. It is also under the email jaygonzales@comcast.net and the phone number 520-444-3883.

  • ZELLE. Also has no fee attached. Our Zelle account is under the email address jaygonzales@comcast.net.

  • PAYPAL. Our Paypal account is under the e-mail address jaygonzales@comcast.net. NOTE that "Gonzales" is spelled with an "S" on the end and not a "Z." A few payments in the past have been misdirected because of that and those players had to track it down to get a refund from Paypal. If you have your own Paypal account where funds are drawn from your bank account, you do not owe any Paypal fees. So just send the amount you owe. If you do not have a PayPal account and/or are using a debit or credit card, you will owe fees. There is a handy Paypal fee calculator at this link to calculate fees. If you don't calculate the fees correctly, don't worry too much about it. We will make sure we keep track in your account we will square up at some point.

VERY IMPORTANT. It is a violation of Paypal's policies to transmit funds for gambling purposes. Paypal suspended our account for a short time a few years ago because they detected the payments were for gambling since many of you referred to Pigskin Mania in your payment form. DO NOT MENTION "PIGSKIN MANIA" or "TOUR MANIA" ANYWHERE IN THE FORM ON PAYPAL. The best thing to do is send the entry fee as a "gift." Print and keep your payment confirmation page to make sure we can straighten out any issues that may arise later.

  • If you're using one of the online payment forms, please inlcude your PM ID in the message area of the form to ensure that we can connect your payment to your entry.

  • CHECK or CASH. Checks should be made out to Jay Gonzales. Please do not make checks out to Tour Mania. Mail checks or cash to Jay Gonzales, 7656 E. Park View Drive, Tucson, AZ, 85715.

  • Entry fees are due by the first tee time of the The Masters, the season's first tournament, Thursday, April 6. Your picks will not be valid until we have your entry fee.

  • If you have any special circumstances, for example if you have extra amounts in your account and want to use them for someone else, provide a brief explanation in the comments box.
